“Empress Flow” is the trading name for the work of practitioner Ria Campbell. She is a member of the UK Reiki Federation and is bound by the UKRF Code of Ethics and Professional Practice. Every Empress Flow session is guided by the principles of respect, integrity and trust. 

The promise and commitment of Empress Flow is to offer a safe, respectful and compassionate space for all clients. Ria’s work is rooted in emotional coherence, energetic balance, and deep respect for each person’s lived experience. She honours your autonomy, your story and your pace.

Ria Campbell is a fully insured and accredited practitioner.

Everything shared with Ria - verbally, in writing, or during a session - is held in strictest confidence. She will never disclose your information to anyone unless:

• you give clear written consent, or

• Ria is legally required to do so for your safety or the safety of others.

Your privacy is a fundamental part of your healing environment, and it will always be treated with absolute care and confidentiality.

Through Empress Flow, Ria offers energetic healing using the Usui Shiki Ryoho method and emotional support through Thinking Environment® techniques. Ria does not offer medical, psychiatric, or crisis intervention services. Reiki, energy-based practices and coaching models complement but do not replace professional medical guidance. If something arises that sits outside of that scope, Ria will always signpost you to the appropriate support.

You are in full control of your experience. You may pause, stop, or decline any part of a session at any time. Ria will always explain what she is doing and will never work without your explicit consent.

Ria works gently and respectfully around trauma. She does NOT analyse, diagnose, or make assumptions about your history. Your boundaries, emotional safety and wellbeing guide the entire process.

Ria is committed to maintaining high standards of care, ongoing learning, and reflective practice. Her intention is to serve with integrity, compassion and clarity. If Ria feels she is not the right practitioner for you, she will support you in finding someone who is.

You must be 18 or over to experience an Empress Flow session. If you are a parent and would like your child or teenager to benefit from the energetic and emotional support offered by Ria, then please get in touch to discuss this further. Written consent must always be given by a parent or guardian for anyone under the age of 18 and anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
